Nouzovsky trio in Tel Aviv: November 3 at 19h in Felicja Blumenthal Music Center

Petr Nouzovský – Cello

Award holder "Europäische Förderpreis für Musik 2007" Petr Nouzovský is a graduate of the Conservatory in Prague (Jan Páleníček, Jiří Bárta) and the Music Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (Miroslav Petráš). He continued in his studiesat the Dresden School of Music with Wolfgang Emanuel Schmidt. He will completehis studies at the Royal Conservatory in Madrid. He has improved his art with more than tenworld-renowned violoncellists in master courses all over the world. (Mstislav Rostropovich, Boris Pergamenschikov, David Geringas, Franz Helmerson, etc...). Already as a student of the Conservatory, he saw his first international success in the form of an invitation to the Piatigorsky Seminar in Los Angeles, where only ten cellists from around the world were invited. Following a great success there, he was again invited in 2006. During the period of his studies at the Prague Academy of Performing Arts he received an invitation from the Dean of the school to present the award titles for university teachers with the participation of Czech President Václav Klaus.
